Session hijacking via stored death-diagnosis script

Stored XSS in CGM CLININET before 2024.MS4 allows local users to hijack another user session through a death diagnosis description. The Ward module stores the description without neutralizing script content and renders it in other users’ browsers. Low-privileged access and a victim opening the affected record are required; an administrator session grants full rights.
