CVE-2025-30023

Authenticated code execution via protocol deserialization

Published Jul 11, 2025 · Updated Jul 11, 2025

Deserialization in AXIS Camera Station products and AXIS Device Manager allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The products deserialize data exchanged through their client-server protocol, but Axis has not disclosed the message type, code locus, or unsafe operation. Access to a valid low-privilege account and the adjacent network is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code in the server context.
