Directory traversal in SAP Capital Yield Tax Management allows remote authenticated users to read unauthorized server files. Insufficient path validation accepts user-submitted paths that escape intended directories, causing file contents outside authorized locations to be returned. Low-privilege access is required, and the reported consequence is file disclosure only, without file modification or service interruption.
