Improper rate limiting in Rising Technosoft CAP back office application before 2.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to flood OTP requests. The affected API endpoint accepts repeated OTP requests without enforcing a request-frequency limit. A valid authenticated session is required, and the reported consequence is OTP bombing or flooding rather than data access or code execution.
