CVE-2025-29993Network attack vector

Tampered email URLs via HTTP header injection

Published Mar 27, 2025 · Updated Mar 27, 2025

HTTP header injection in Alfasado Inc. PowerCMS 4.58, 5.27, and 6.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to generate email containing a tampered URL. Public advisories state only that PowerCMS improperly processes HTTP headers; they do not identify the header, request handler, or unsafe construction operation. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the bounded result is integrity loss in messages such as password-reset email rather than code execution or service interruption.
