Improper length handling in Siemens TeleControl Server Basic before 3.1.2.2 allows remote attackers to partially interrupt service. Deserialization trusts a serialized-message length field when calculating an allocation, allowing a crafted value to exhaust available memory. Exploitation requires a redundant deployment and a disrupted connection between the redundant servers; the reported consequence is limited to partial service interruption.
