Application crash via frame-length integer underflow

Heap buffer overflow in NASA CryptoLib 1.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash applications via crafted Telecommand packets. Crypto_TC_Parse_Check_FECF subtracts one from the unsigned fl field and uses the wrapped value as an ingest-buffer index when processing an FECF. Reachability requires an application to process untrusted TC frames with FECF handling; arbitrary code execution depends on the surrounding memory layout.
