Process crash via unchecked AOS FECF read

Heap buffer overflow in NASA CryptoLib 1.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash applications via a short AOS frame. Crypto_AOS_ProcessSecurity reads the FECF from p_ingest at max_frame_size-derived offsets without confirming that len_ingest reaches them. An application must process an attacker-controlled AOS frame with FECF enabled; heap manipulation through the invalid access also enables arbitrary code execution.
