Code execution via TC frame length underflow

Heap buffer overflow in NASA CryptoLib 1.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash processes or execute code via a malformed TC frame. In crypto_tc.c, Crypto_TC_ApplySecurity_Cam subtracts header lengths from the unvalidated fl field, underflows tf_payload_len, and passes the huge result to memcpy. Exploitation requires an application to process attacker-injected TC frames without strict validation; heap corruption causes a crash or code execution.
