Service interruption via crafted image data URL

Regular expression denial of service in Parallax jsPDF before 3.0.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt service through a crafted data URL. The addImage data URL parser applies a vulnerable regular expression to attacker-controlled input, and html and addSvgAsImage reach the same parsing path. Exploitation requires an integrating application to pass unsanitized image URLs into these APIs, where repeated charset fragments drive excessive CPU use and interrupt the host service.
