Order underpayment via stale checkout amount

Payment amount manipulation in Sylius PayPal Plugin before 1.6.1, 1.7.0, and 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to underpay orders. The checkout actions retain the PayPal amount fixed when checkout begins but complete a later-modified Sylius order without verifying that both totals still match. A customer must begin PayPal Checkout, change the cart quantity, and finish payment; PayPal captures the stale lower total while Sylius marks the revised order paid.
