Arbitrary file overwrite via symlink path escape

Path traversal in zip 1.3.0 and later, before 2.3.0, allows remote authenticated users to overwrite files through ZIP extraction. ZipArchive::extract and ZipStreamReader::extract follow an earlier archive symlink when creating later entries without validating the final canonical path. A consuming application must accept an untrusted archive and invoke either API; resulting writes use its filesystem privileges and enable code execution when sensitive files are replaced.
