Unauthenticated crash via stale path-probe tracking

Denial of service in quic-go 0.50.0 allows remote attackers to crash QUIC server processes with crafted path-probe ACK sequences. The sent-packet handler removes a lost path probe from one history but leaves it in normal packet history, then appends a nil probe when its ACK arrives. Exploitation requires valid packets from multiple source addresses to start path validation, followed by ACKs after probe loss; the nil dereference panics the hosting process.
