Arbitrary SQL execution via negative-number comment creation

SQL injection in pg-promise before 11.5.5 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through crafted negative and string values. In simple query formatting, the number formatter emits a negative value beside a preceding minus, creating a double-dash comment; a later multiline string value then re-enters SQL syntax. Exploitation requires a specific same-line query structure, control of both parameter values, simple query mode, and user interaction.
