Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester Company Website CMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute server-side code via Create Services. The upload handler prepends a random number to the supplied basename and moves the file into uploads/services without validating its extension, MIME type, or contents. No privileges or user interaction are required, and requesting the stored PHP payload executes it on the application server.
