Database credential disclosure via missing project authorization
Published Apr 15, 2025 · Updated Apr 15, 2025
Improper access control in Tanghc code-gen 2.0.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read stored database credentials. The deployed web interface performs no project-level authorization check before exposing database connection settings through its database edit view. Low-privileged network access is sufficient, and the resulting exposure is limited to confidential data; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
