CVE-2025-2960Public exploit

Service interruption via HTTP null dereference

Published Mar 30, 2025 · Updated Mar 31, 2025

Denial of service in the HTTP handler of TRENDnet TEW-637AP 1.3.0.106 and TEW-638APB 1.2.7 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. A crafted HTTP request reaches sub_41DED0 in /bin/goahead, which dereferences a null pointer instead of rejecting the invalid request. Unauthenticated local-network access is sufficient to interrupt access-point service; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
