Process crash via unchecked zero stride

Denial of service in PyTorch 2.6.0+cu124 allows local users to crash a Python process through torch.mkldnn_max_pool2d. The MKLDNN max-pooling path accepts a zero stride and passes it to native pooling code, which terminates the process with SIGFPE instead of rejecting the argument. The caller must already be able to run Python code in the target process, and PyTorch classifies invalid-argument crashes as ordinary bugs rather than security vulnerabilities.
