Improper access control in D-Link DSL-7740C firmware DSL7740C.V6.TR069.20211230 allows remote attackers to alter device settings. DELT_file.xgi accepts unauthenticated requests that write caller-selected values to the device XML database without enforcing access control. No user interaction is required, and successful exploitation can change the administrator password and other configuration values.
