Uncontrolled resource consumption in libming 0.4.8 allows remote attackers to abort SWF-processing applications with crafted bytecode. The parseABC_STRING_INFO function passes an attacker-controlled ABC string length to readBytes without a resource limit, triggering a multi-gigabyte allocation. Processing a crafted SWF file is required; allocator exhaustion aborts the parsing application without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
