Authenticated code execution via unsafe Python eval

Code injection in pgAdmin 4 before 9.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary server-side Python code via crafted POST requests. The Query Tool download route evaluates query_commited, while the Cloud Deployment route evaluates high_availability, directly with Python eval(). A valid pgAdmin session is required, and successful exploitation runs code with the pgAdmin server process's privileges.
