Browser script execution via unescaped query parameters
Published Mar 17, 2025 · Updated Mar 19, 2025
Reflected XSS in Code-projects Online Class and Exam Scheduling System 1.0 allows local users to run script via id or cys. The /pages/class.php handler reflects these query-string values into generated HTML without neutralizing script markup, causing a crafted request to execute in the viewing browser. A low-privileged local user must induce another user to open the crafted URL; execution occurs in that user's web session and can expose or alter session-accessible data.
