Unauthenticated internal service access via unvalidated URL

SSRF in Ninja Tables 5.0.18 and earlier allows remote attackers to query or modify internal services through an unauthenticated request. The registerAsyncRequestHandler function reads args[url], passes it directly to Client::make, and invokes the supplied HTTP method without validating the destination. Any internet-reachable WordPress site with the affected plugin exposes the endpoint, letting requests originate from the server into otherwise restricted services.
