Host command execution via unchecked RDRAM indexing

Out-of-bounds write in Mupen64Plus 2.6.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary host commands via a crafted N64 ROM. The read_rdram_regs and write_rdram_regs paths use rdram_reg to derive values up to 255, then index a 10-entry RDRAM register array without a bounds check. Exploitation requires the emulator to run attacker-controlled N64 code, which can overwrite adjacent host memory, including function pointers.
