Unauthenticated router crash via oversized time parameters

Buffer overflow in Tenda RX3 firmware 16.03.13.11_multi_TDE01 allows remote attackers to crash the router via a crafted management request. The /goform/SetSysTimeCfg handler copies oversized time and timeZone parameter values without enforcing the destination buffer bounds. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is a service interruption rather than data disclosure or modification.
