Signing-secret disclosure via limited LLDP keyspace

Insufficient entropy in Open Networking Foundation ONOS 2.7.0 LLDP authentication allows remote attackers to brute-force the signing secret. The LLDP link provider signs discovery fields with HMAC-SHA256 while the cluster secret is limited to 32,768 possible decimal values. An attacker able to capture an ONOS LLDP frame can recover the secret without credentials and sign forged frames that create fake topology links.
