Remote code execution via unrestricted UEditor upload

Arbitrary file upload in MingSoft MCMS 5.4.3 allows remote attackers to execute code through the UEditor component. The UEditor upload handler accepts a crafted file without restricting dangerous executable types and stores it where server-side execution is possible. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants code execution in the MCMS server process.
