Process crash via unchecked chunk-image pointer

NULL pointer dereference in HDF5 1.14.0 through 1.14.6 allows local users to crash a consuming process with a crafted HDF5 file. H5O__cache_chk_serialize passes an unchecked object-header chunk image pointer to H5MM_memcpy after serializing the chunk. The file must be opened locally with write access; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault and process abort.
