Application crash via unchecked heap block offset

Heap-based buffer overflow in HDF5 1.14.0 through 1.14.6 allows local users to crash applications by opening a crafted HDF5 file. H5HL__fl_deserialize uses an unvalidated free_block offset in pointer arithmetic before decoding a heap free-list address, so integer wraparound directs a read outside the allocated buffer. Local access and control of a file parsed by the library are required; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
