Admin credential theft via unsanitized chat-log HTML
Published Oct 6, 2025 · Updated Oct 6, 2025
Stored XSS in Flowise before 3.0.5 allows remote attackers to steal administrator credentials through a malicious chat-log entry. The ViewMessagesDialog and ChatMessage components render attacker-controlled HTML with dangerouslySetInnerHTML, preserving FORM and INPUT elements that execute a JavaScript formaction. An administrator must open the affected log and click the injected image; stolen credentials grant access to other chat logs and API keys.
