Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC8 V4.0 firmware 16.03.34.06 allows remote attackers to crash the router via crafted deviceid input. The get_parentControl_list_Info function accepts an oversized deviceid value without adequate bounds checking and overwrites a stack buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published impact is limited to a service crash, with no reported data access or modification.
