CVE-2025-29089Public exploit

Credential disclosure via unencrypted Dynamic DNS authentication

Published Sep 9, 2025 · Updated Sep 10, 2025

Cleartext credential transmission in TP-Link Archer AX10 1.3.10 Build 20230130 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read credentials. The Dynamic DNS client sends HTTP Basic Authentication credentials in an unencrypted request, leaving the Base64-encoded value readable in transit. Exploitation requires a Dynamic DNS request and interception of local-network traffic; the demonstration uses ARP poisoning and reports testing Build 20240130.
