Integer overflow in Nethermind Juno before 0.12.5 allows remote attackers to stall a full node with a malicious Declare v2/v3 transaction. The Sierra bytecode decompressor performs unchecked integer arithmetic during Cairo-class compilation, allowing an overflow value to keep its loop running indefinitely. Processing requires no authentication and can saturate the node's CPU, stall JSON-RPC service, or shut the node down.
