Account takeover via password-reset host-header injection

Host-header injection in hackathon-starter 8.1.0 allows remote attackers to take over accounts through password-reset links. The forgot-password handler in src/controllers/user.js copies the request Host header into emailed reset URLs, sending the victim's reset token to an attacker-controlled host when the link is opened. Exploitation requires the server to accept arbitrary Host values and the targeted user to open the emailed link; the exposed token permits the account password to be reset.
