Administrator escalation via unprepared SQL query
Published Jul 4, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
SQL injection in Click & Pledge Connect 25.04010101-WP6.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to gain Administrator privileges. A user-supplied parameter is insufficiently escaped before it is incorporated into an existing database query without adequate preparation, but public advisories do not identify the parameter or code locus. No authentication or user interaction is required; injected queries can extract sensitive database data and enable an Administrator account takeover.
