HTML injection in listed IBM Cloud Pak System 2.3.x releases allows remote authenticated users to execute HTML in a victim's browser. IBM has not disclosed the affected JavaScript component, input field, or handling operation that fails to neutralize injected markup. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a victim to view the injected content, allowing site-context data disclosure or modification without service interruption.
