Stored script execution via undisclosed input handling
Published Mar 11, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in lavacode Lava Ajax Search 1.1.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in visitors' browsers. Patchstack has not published the affected input, storage path, output context, or missing neutralization operation. Administrator privileges are required to introduce the payload, and exploitation also requires a privileged user to render it; the bounded consequence is script execution in that user's browser.
