Authenticated command execution via application-name concatenation
Published Mar 27, 2025 · Updated Mar 27, 2025
Command injection in elunez ELADMIN 2.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on configured deployment servers. During the first deployment upload, checkFile concatenates the attacker-controlled application name into a shell command without validation or safe argument handling. Access requires the deploy:edit permission and a working connection to a configured target, where the injected command runs rather than on the ELADMIN host.
