Database disclosure via concatenated emp_type parameter
Published Mar 27, 2025 · Updated Mar 28, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Payroll Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via emp_type. The update_employee.php handler concatenates the emp_type POST value directly into an SQL statement and executes it without validation. A valid application session is required, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of server-database contents.
