Authenticated privilege escalation via unchecked dictionary edits

Improper access control in RuoYi 4.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to escalate privileges through dictionary editing. SysDictTypeController.editSave accepts dictionary-record modifications from ordinary accounts without enforcing the required authorization check. A normal RuoYi account with access to that method can alter role, permission, or other sensitive dictionary data and gain elevated access.
