Remote code execution via plugin dependency installation

Code injection in the Plugin Management component of OpenC3 COSMOS 6.0.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted plugin upload. The installer copies plugin files into a known gems directory and passes requirements.txt to pip, allowing a referenced setup.py file to execute. No privileges or user interaction are required; execution occurs in the command-and-telemetry API container and exposes its environment credentials.
