Stack-based buffer overflow in striso-control-firmware 54c9722 allows remote attackers to crash devices through the AuxJack thread. AuxJack receives a 128-byte working area, while compiler stack-usage output totals about 200 bytes across its reported call chain, making the allocation smaller than the calculated demand. Exploitation requires network reachability but no authentication or user interaction; the upstream report does not demonstrate a live crash or identify the triggering input.
