Resource exhaustion in Phoenix Contact AXL F BK and IL BK bus couplers allows remote attackers to interrupt service via HTTP request floods. The port 80 HTTP service accepts a large volume of requests without effective resource limits, overloading the device until its hardware watchdog triggers. No authentication is required; Industrial Ethernet communication remains unavailable until the bus coupler is manually restarted.
