Account deletion via case-insensitive username collision

Missing authorization in DogukanUrker FlaskBlog 2.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary user accounts. The deletion path lowercases the requesting account name and matches it against lower(userName), collapsing case-distinct names such as admiN and admin. Any registered account can exploit this collision to delete another case-equivalent account, including the administrator account.
