Unauthenticated arbitrary shortcode execution via unvalidated action value
Published Apr 10, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Arbitrary shortcode execution in ORDER POST 2.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to invoke registered WordPress shortcodes. An action handler passes an unvalidated request value to do_shortcode, which parses and runs any registered shortcode in that value. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the resulting actions depend on the shortcodes registered by WordPress and other active plugins.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
