Unauthenticated command execution via ipDomain injection

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A810R 4.1.2cu.5182_B20201026 and A950RG 4.1.2cu.5161_B20200903 allows remote attackers to execute commands. The setDiagnosisCfg function incorporates the unneutralized ipDomain parameter into an operating-system command, allowing supplied shell syntax to alter the command. The management endpoint accepts the request without authentication, granting command execution on the affected router firmware.
