Command injection in TOTOLINK A800R firmware 4.1.2cu.5032_B20200408 allows remote attackers to execute commands via downloadFile.cgi. The CGI handler uses the untrusted QUERY_STRING value as operating-system command input without neutralizing shell metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported impact is limited to reading or modifying data rather than service interruption.
