Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG profile image

Stored XSS in MODX before 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript in victims' browsers via an SVG profile image. The profile-image upload accepts SVG content without sanitizing embedded JavaScript and serves the stored file for browser execution. A valid account and a victim viewing the uploaded image are required; execution can expose session data or perform actions as that victim.
