CVE-2025-27937Network attack vector

Arbitrary file disclosure via download path traversal

Published Apr 27, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2025

Path traversal in Quick Agent V2 before 2.9.8 and V3 before 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary host files. The file download function accepts a requested pathname without confining its resolution to the intended directory, exposing files outside that directory. Access requires a valid product login and yields file contents from the Windows PC or server running the agent without changing them.
