Session script execution via reflected query parameters
Published Mar 12, 2025 · Updated Mar 12, 2025
Reflected XSS in the /h/rest endpoint in Zimbra Collaboration 9.0, 10.0, and 10.1 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript. The endpoint places attacker-controlled query parameter content into its response without adequately neutralizing executable script. The attack requires a valid auth token and a victim to access the crafted URL, allowing script execution in that victim's webmail origin.
